Bond due at time of booking. This $750 deposit is refunded within 30 days after your stay upon inspection of the property. Rental Fee is due 90 days before stay, except for stays longer than 1 month, rental fee is due 120 days before stay. Cancellation Policy: within 60 days of stay, or 120 days for stays longer than one month, 100% penalty; all cancellations at any time also incur $100 administration and processing fee. Refund Policy: Security deposit refundable within 30 days of end of stay, based upon inspection of property; rental fee not refundable within 60 days of stay.
