The modern
living room, with its wonderful vaulted 14 foot ceilings, has a large
quality leather couch, with slide out sofa bed and recliner chair,
situated around a cosy fireplace.
There is a built-in sound system with wall- and
ceiling-mounted speakers through out the condo (including center speaker
above the 47 inch LCD TV and floor sub-woofer), as well as free wireless
high-speed broadband internet, using the latest 802.11n high speed wireless
protocol. There are volume controls on the living room wall. All light
switches have dimmers to create that romantic mood.
The living room has an unobstructed view of the
large pool area surrounded by scores of mature palm trees, with
French doors leading out to a private balcony with stainless steel BBQ
(piped natural gas), patio table, cafe-style cantilever umbrella and
chairs. Charcoal Shade Cloth blinds on the French doors filter out the
California sun, and retractable screen doors keep it pest-free.
